What is a Navy SARC?

SARC stands for Navy Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsman. Navy SARCs are the medical element of Marine Recon, but Recon Marines aren't the only community they work with. SARCs are highly trained hospital corpsmen that are trained to operate in the world of special operations medicine, and work with MARSOC and Naval Special Warfare.
