In a nutshell, under certain circumstances we accept returns up to 14 calendar days from the order delivery date. Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returns. If you'd like to see our full shipping & return policy, please click here.

If your order is placed after 1pm EST, it will ship the next business day.

When your order ships, you should receive an email with your tracking information. If you haven't received one, please email us at support@gendischarge.com with your order number and we will provide you with one.

We're a veteran-owned, veteran-operated organization that has been providing the best information about the military, law enforcement, and government for over 5 years.

We started off on YouTube, but are expanding our horizons to bring value in a wide range of places.

The voices (& occasionally the faces) of General Discharge are altered because we are top secret agents and keeping our identities protected is vital to not only our safety but… just kidding.

We originally disguised our voices and faces to protect the military personnel that were included in our videos who wanted to share information without publicly revealing their identities. That trend stuck, and present-day we continue with the disguised theme because old habits die hard and that’s what we’re known for!
