Gear arrived quickly, ALICE was already assembled to frame which was a plus (thanks!). Packed well, heading to the beach for dry sand to get this pig egg going and off to the trails. Excellent service, no bullshit. Kill!!

I purchased this kit after watching the rucking video. I have been rucking for a while now. The goal is to complete the Kaniksu 50. I needed a good plan and this kit fits the bill. The ALICE PACK is of excellent quality. I had one I bought in '92 when I got out of the Navy. It did not have a frame but It worked well also. The frame distributes the weight well and felt good when actually rucking. The Stew Smith workout program should be challenging ,but will get me to the goal. The recovery items, roller etc., are of good quality and have come in handy, especially the spiked ball. I haven't made the pig egg yet but have use plates for weight and the pack has held up well. I use the rope for tying the knots and a bit of a mental challenge after a hard set. I have never used a rope like this so I guess I'll give it a good rating.. the other items are are good also, the hydration bladder, scissors, scale. I would rate it excellent overall. I am thoroughly enjoying it. Thanks for a great product.

Looka professional, even those like me that do not qualify for special forces or the military in general, it seems sturdy for hiking and other outdoor adventures.
