A Pig Egg is a sandbag filled with sand and wrapped in duct tape.

Instructors will have you use a Pig Egg for several PT events, having you perform shoulder carries, lunges, military presses, squats, the list goes on and on. You’ll also be wise to use one of these as weight for your ruck.

Grab yourself some sand, build yourself a mobile gym, and get training!

Comes with everything you need! (Except sand) you can make it into a very compact square using duct tape in order to make it fit in your radio pouch it can be used for at home workouts as well very versatile piece of equipment!

Great Purchase

The pig egg kit has been great, I was rucking with kettle bells in my pack. Now I use a pig egg at 50lbs for weight and having a more balanced ruck has helped my pace improve. I got two sandbags and I'm using the second one at 35lbs to PT and prep for BRC. Definitely 5 stars!
